With an expected 50-60 million new cases annually, traumatic brain injury is a leading cause of death and disability. CENTER-TBI aims to better characterize TBI, identify the most effective treatments, and improve outcomes via comparative-effectiveness studies. Neurobot is a data collection tool that allows researchers to normalize and export data collected by the study. I worked at the primary developer and technical architect on the product between 2018-2019. It is written in ReactJS using Next.js framework.
ArchivesSpace is an open-source management application for archives and archivist. Between 2013 and 2016, I worked as the primary developer on the project, commiting most of the code to the application's source, coordinating and leading open-source development, as well as developing plugins and integrations to other applications. It is written in JRuby, using both Rails and Sinatra.
